Nervous Nelly

Poor Cara is feeling so sick.  I think her nerves are getting the best of her.  I don't know what to do for her.  Wish there was something I could do to make her feel better.  Maybe we will go out to walk about a bit.  Unfortunately, it's raining so I'm not sure we could do all that much outdoors.

Here are some pictures from the great wall and our trip so far.

We went to see the forbidden city, too.  Jenna is standing in front of the crane which is supposed to be the empress.  There is a story about a husband and wife tree.  The story goes that the emperor wanted the soldier's wife - isn't that typical??  And, of course, he killed the soldier to get her, but the wife did not want the emperor - she was in love with her husband.  So she killed herself.  The emperor was angry and so did not bury them together, but they loved each other and so the two trees grew up and intertwined as the 'husband and wife' tree.  Nice story.

Ok, we are going to try to go bowling - there are a couple of bowling alley's in the hotel. - So here we go.
